June 6, 1944 was a day when the news rang freedom, and a new hope was born for a world torn apart by violent conflict. We will present a completely new look at how that day was followed and perceived globally in real time, as the news broke on radio and in the press across the world, beginning at the same time as the landings in Normandy happened.

This D-Day project is an embodiment of everything we strive for here at TimeGhost. Detailing groundbreaking moments in history quite literally as they happened, so that anyone, anywhere, can learn our common history. It’s about making history accessible, and reaching as many people as possible.

Celebrate the men and women of that day by joining that effort by making one of the 24 main hourly episodes a memorial for a person, group, unit, place, or organization that you feel needs special focus in relation to this day.

You can create a memorial for anyone, or anything on any side of this war that was relevant to D-Day, as long as they were not directly involved in war crimes, crimes against humanity, or clearly immoral or unethical acts relevant to this conflict.

Format
-Written dedication at the opening of the episode
-Dedicated spoken and image coverage for 30-60 seconds at the conclusion of the video
