Published 30 Jun 2021Juno Beach was assigned to the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division and the 2nd Canadian Armoured Brigade. It was one of the five invasion beaches of Normandy on D-Day and the second deadliest beach after Omaha.

Note that the graphics are a bit confused by the designation of Canadian battalions as nominal “regiments” … in every case, the “III” formation notation should read “II” instead. On the other hand, German regiments are actual regiments and their “III” notation is correct.
