  1. Interesting talk. According to historian Peter Padfield in his book ‘Hess, Hitler and Churchill’ (p 269-272) the Cambridge spy ring – Philby, Blunt, Burgess, Mclean, Cairncross – were all sponsored by Victor Rothschild.
