{"id":782,"date":"2009-09-02T12:50:51","date_gmt":"2009-09-02T16:50:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/quotulatiousness.ca\/blog\/?p=782"},"modified":"2009-09-02T14:12:59","modified_gmt":"2009-09-02T18:12:59","slug":"more-on-the-michael-bryant-incident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quotulatiousness.ca\/blog\/2009\/09\/02\/more-on-the-michael-bryant-incident\/","title":{"rendered":"More on the Michael Bryant incident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/toronto.ctv.ca\/servlet\/an\/local\/CTVNews\/20090902\/fatal_collision_090902\/20090902\/?hub=TorontoNewHome\" target=\"_blank\">CTV News<\/a> has additional information on the victim in Monday&#8217;s traffic incident involving former Ontario cabinet minister Michael Bryant:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>A cyclist who was killed in a collision in downtown Toronto earlier this week was involved in a confrontation with his ex-girlfriend that brought police to her home less than an hour before he was fatally injured.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrived at a home where the former girlfriend of Darcy Allan Sheppard lived on George Street, just after 9 p.m. on Monday. Officers were reportedly there to deal with a disturbance of some type.<\/p>\n<p>Toronto police Const.
