Last episode we saw how religion was forced into retreat by the Bolshevik regime in Russia, well this episode we&#8217;re seeing one of the oldest religious institutions in the world make its fightback. It shows that the story of modernity isn&#8217;t just &#8220;old things&#8221; fading away and being replaced by &#8220;new things&#8221;.
