The statement seemed to include summer time drinking on your own patio, noting that \u201cIt\u2019s summertime and the living is easy! Whether you\u2019re sitting on a patio or having a backyard #BBQ, remember it\u2019s against the #law to have a blood alcohol concentration over prohibited levels within two hours of driving.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The clarification posted since then pointed to a section in the law that prohibits conviction for those who decide to drink after arriving home safely.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">CORRECTION: We wanted to clarify the facts around a tweet that was issued yesterday relating to the 2 hour rule under the new alcohol-<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/ImpairedDriving?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#ImpairedDriving<\/a> laws.
