When the Germans lost their colonies in the Pacific, the German merchant raider <em>SMS Cormoran II<\/em> had no other choice but to seek refuge in the then neutral Arpor Harbour, Guam. For months the German crew around Adalbert Zuckschwerdt stayed on the island and became a kind of sensation.
