It&#8217;s a hopeful sign that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2016\/nov\/9\/rand-paul-congress-set-deregulation-spree-presiden\/\" target=\"_blank\">S.A. Miller<\/a> says Congress and the Senate may be in a deregulatory mode after Trump&#8217;s inauguration:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Sen.
