I&#8217;ve suffered a totally unexpected health setback on Tuesday evening and I don&#8217;t know when I&#8217;ll be able to resume blogging. There are still several postings in the queue, but once they&#8217;re posted, the blog may go quiet for some time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My best wishes to all of you in 2016.
