Two quibbles: she <a href=\"https:\/\/cdfai3ds.wordpress.com\/2013\/12\/13\/mark-collins-the-start-of-the-great-war-or-sh-happens\/\" target=\"_blank\">lets Serbia off<\/a> far too lightly; and she does not mention the not-unjustified German fear that, if Russia was not defeated fairly soon, by around 1916 she would be unbeatable in combination with the French (<a href=\"http:\/\/encyclopedia.1914-1918-online.net\/article\/Arms_Race_prior_to_1914-Armament_Policy\" target=\"_blank\">see here<\/a>: \u201cGerman Fears about Russia\u201c).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Based on my readings to put together my &#8220;Origins of WW1&#8221; series, I <a href=\"http:\/\/quotulatiousness.ca\/blog\/2014\/08\/24\/who-is-to-blame-for-the-outbreak-of-world-war-one-part-twelve-of-a-series\/\" target=\"_blank\">rather agree<\/a> with Mark on the measurement of Serbian culpability.
