But why?<\/p>\n<p>What is it that we really think the president can do?<\/p>\n<p>While the president\u2019s latest economic plan remains a deeply held secret until after his vacation, pretty much everyone in Washington expects him to call for . . . drumroll please . . . a stimulus plan.<\/p>\n<p>Now why haven\u2019t we thought of that before? Oh, that\u2019s right.
