Only someone who does not understand how teams work would suggest such a toxically dumb idea.<\/p>\n<p>Organisations and institutions are formalised teams. Due to past ruthless selection \u2014 see the Neolithic y-chromosome bottleneck \u2014 the male expression of <em>Homo sapien<\/em> genes is much better at teams than is the female expression of the same. This does turn out to matter.<\/p>\n<p>We have spent centuries, millennia, dealing with the bad traits of men in power. We better start wrestling seriously and quickly with the bad traits of women in power, or we could end up with a cascading collapse of complex systems (see the LA fires for an example).
